Greetings, I’m Tyree Skipper

Being a member of R.O.N.G gave me many of opportunities to step outside of my comfort zone and express my true feelings. Field trips, college fairs, and an abundance of knowledge have all given me the ability to better plan for the future. I was able to discover a passion for instruction with the assistance of Ms,D and various others, and I made the decision to continue my study at the prestigious Bethune-Cookman University. I made the choice to major in English Education and aspire to become a voice that students can go to if they need assistance with anything just as I have with R.O.N.G as an English Teacher. I always had the support of everyone I have met, and I am incredibly appreciative of the chance to be a part of a program that solely exist to help their community. I believe plenty of others will strive hard with R.O.N.G as their guide, and I want every child to believe that they are capable too

Hello, my name is Anacheka Dieurestil
I am currently a Junior at Florida Atlantic University. High school can be a difficult chapter in anyone’s life, however, having Mrs. D by our side made things smoother for us. Mrs. D was my College&Career coach in high school; she taught me everything I know now. I recall my junior year in high school, Mrs. D always made sure that we were preparing for SAT/ACT, looking into universities/colleges, and finding scholarships. She provided us with a list of scholarships, and writing assistance. Mrs. D wasn’t only a college&career coach: she was a school mom for many of us. She had over 15 students to coach; she made sure she had a bond with every one of us. The transition from high school to college was smooth. As soon as I received my diploma, I started college a week later.

Hello, My name is Huguette St Hubert
Ms. Dorshia is one of the individuals who supported me tremendously throughout my high school journey. As my success coach at Stranahan high school, she went above and beyond to ensure that I had the resources needed to strive personally and professionally. Without a doubt, she played a huge role in my academic successes. She is one of the most passionate and inspiring people I’ve ever met. Now as a sophomore at Florida Atlantic University , I am forever grateful for her support and dedication to helping me grow.
